Sport & Fitness

Sport and fitness is unconditionally related. You can optimise your performance if you base your nutritional plan on it. For instance, if you start with carbloading a week before you run a marathon you can store more glycogyn in your muscles which can be used during your marathon. This way you can keep on going for a longer period of time or you won't weaken as fast.

Or if you drink a protein shake after your weight training your muscles will recover faster. This way you can train them more often and it will be more effective because it does not need to break down other muscles to rebuild muscles.

I wanted to gain as much knowledge as possible to help you perform better. That's why I took a course Sport & Nutrition, I can help you by creating a nutritonal plan based on your lifestyle.

In the future I hope I can take the courses Sportnutrition, supplements and drugs and Sport & eating disorders as well to optimise my knowledge and give out the right information!
